6 - Extension to Listed Building, Conversion of Outbuilding, and Construction of New Garage

This is a Listed Building in Dobcross, lying within the boundary of the Peak District National Park, which has its own planning authority. Working alongside heritage consultants and archaeologists we negotiated with the Peak Park’s Conservation Officer to secure planning and Listed Building Consents for an extension to the house, the conversion of an outbuilding to residential accommodation, and the construction of a new garage in the garden of the property.
