3 - Agricultural Worker's Dwelling

I acted on behalf of the owner of this rather ramshackle farm building in Delph, Saddleworth to secure planning permission for its replacement with a new agricultural worker's dwelling. The site is within the Green Belt, however the Council considered that in this case I had demonstrated ‘very special circumstances’ which persuaded the planners to approve the scheme.
