1 - Redevelopment of Green Belt Site

I negotiated an approval for a detached dwelling on this site in Delph, Saddleworth. The site is within the Green Belt on the edge of a Conservation Area. Working with Steve Ingram Associates, who designed the scheme, we overcame the Council’s concerns about the impact of the development on the open countryside. The client is now able to build a new residential dwelling on what had been for many years a derelict garage site.
